A unique two-day experience to reconnect with nature, water and your essence.
Prepare to explore the hidden wonders of Mutatá, on a route that combines adventure, rest and spirituality, accompanied by the healing sound of the Hang Pan and the presence of a guest artist who will guide deep vibrational moments.
Day 1 – Tubing through the Bedó Cave & Connection with the Present
We arrived in Mutatá around 10:00 am. Once settled in the cabin, we set off to explore the Bedó Cave , where we will perform a special breathwork exercise to anchor ourselves in the here and now.
Then, we floated down the magical Bedó River in tubing , passing through the cavern and feeling the force of the water as our guide.
As evening fell, we shared a group dinner, a talking circle, a bonfire , and a powerful sound healing session with Hang Pan led by the guest artist.
Day 2 – Waterfall Route
We begin at 8:00 am with a hike through the mountains, visiting several sacred waterfalls , where we will bathe and meditate in their living energy.
Each stop will be a space for deep connection with the element of water , complemented by breathwork exercises, conscious silence and gratitude.
We returned around 3:30 pm to prepare and return.
